Zaproszenie do Norwegii

Norwegowie zapraszają na Otwarte Mistrzostwa Norwegii do Larvik – 14-16 sierpień.

Andrzej Romanowski pisze: “Larvik znam z wyjazdów do Norwegii. Jest doskonale skomunikowany z Danią – prom z Hirtshals do Larvik przypływa kilka razy dziennie, a przeprawa trwa około 3h, więc jest to najszybsza metoda, by tam dojechać.”

Organizator Jon Spetalen z norweskiego klubu i miasta, miejsca urodzenia Thora Heyerdahla, w mailu zachęca: “On behalf of Larvik Seilforening, we are pleased to invite sailors from your association to participate in the Open Norwegian Nationals for the Finn Class, which will take place in Larvik, Norway.

The event will be hosted by Larvik Seilforening on the beautiful Oslofjord coast, and we hope to welcome sailors from across Europe for competitive racing and a friendly international atmosphere.

The championship is open to all Finn sailors, and international participants are warmly encouraged to attend. Our goal is to create a high-quality regatta with strong competition and good social activities both on and off the water.

The Norwegian Championship can also serve as an excellent starting point for sailors planning to participate in the Scandinavian Finn events. With convenient travel logistics and relatively short transport distances, Larvik is well positioned for those continuing on to championships in Sweden and Denmark.

Please feel free to share this invitation with your members and through your national communication channels.

Event details: location: Larvik, Norway; organizing club: Larvik Seilforening; 14-16th  of August 2026.”
